- Vacuums suck up Fluids and Clouds.
- Fluids and Clouds enter through the side where wind travels into the vacuum. They exit out the other side.
- Clouds are only effected by the Wind of a Vacuum. Fluids are not.
- If Fizzle enters the opening of a Vacuum, the Vacuum is broken and can no longer be used.
