Secret Files are the equivalent of collectibles in Where's My Perry? found in Perry's Story and Calling All Agents. There are six to be found in each mission, and the six are split in half, one set being Agents, and the other being Doof-inators.

  • Agent B - Could be found in level 1-4, Out to Launch in the full version as well as level 1-3, Ski Jump in the free version prior to v.1.4.0 and level 1-4, Out to Launch in the free version at v1.4.0 onwards. "Agent Brief: Can get claustrophobic in elevators. Not available for winter missions due to hibernation."
  • Agent C - Could be found in level 1-6, Behold: The Celebrate-inator! in the full version as well as level 1-6, Boiling Point in the free version prior to v1.4.0 and level 2-2, Cold Fusion in the free version at v1.4.0 onwards. "Agent Brief: Tendency to bob head while walking. Caution: Due to natural dietary habits, avoid joint missions with any worm agents."
  • Agent Crocodile - Could be found in level 1-8, Behold: The Heatinator, in the full version as well as level 1-10 Water Cycle in the free version prior to v1.4.0 and level 3-2, Liquidation in the free version at v1.4.0 onwards. "Agent Brief: Requires sun-basking time during daylight to control body temperature. Snore alert - sleeps with mouth open. Dislikes photo being taken at holiday parties."

  • Agent D - Could be found in level 2-2, Cold Fusion. "Agent Brief: Loves group sing-alongs. Occasionally scratches behind ears. Tendency to pant in hot weather."
  • Agent E - Could be found in level 2-4, Frozen Waterfall. "Agent Brief: Due to predatory nature, requires monitoring in presence of worm and rodent agents."
  • Agent F - Could be found in level 2-8, Sludge Stopper. "Agent Brief: Excellent swimmer. Naturally exterminates unwanted insects."

  • Agent G - Could be found in level 3-2, Liquidation. "Agent Brief: Adept at finding great hiding spots. Able to fly long distances. Enjoys tropical vacations and looks dapper in a flower lei."
  • Agent H - Could be found in level 3-6, Rise and Fall. "Agent Brief: Fits into small spaces easily. Often goes unnoticed, especially when disguised as a coconut. Perfect size and shape to toss like a football. Wide eyes never seem to blink."
  • Agent K - Could be found in level 3-9, Note the Manually Operated Spout. "Agent Brief: Pouch for hiding secret gadgets and weapons. Balances on tail while delivering two-legged kick. Often carries baby in pouch when not on missions and loves a holiday party."

  • Agent K - Could be found in level 4-2, Meltdown. "Agent Brief: Ferocious fighter with retractable razor-sharp claws. Natural stealth for sneak attacks. Nine lives - an asset for any agent. Exceptionally clean, bathes daily with built-in-loofah-like tongue (but never with water). Lovely singing voice."
  • Agent O - Could be found in level 4-7, Splitsville. "Agent Brief: Large eyes with keen vision. Silent flight, perfect for stealth missions. Prefers night missions; often naps during daytime hours. Enthusiastic dancer."
  • Peter the Panda - Could be found in level 4-9, Breaking Out. "Agent Brief: Classified."

  • Agent S - Could be found in level 5-4, Two-Way Mirror. "Agent Brief: Luxurious bushy tail is the envy of other rodents. Takes vacation time during nut-storing season. Equally comfortable in urban and rural settings."
  • Agent Pinky - Could be found in level 5-7, Free 4 All. "Agent Brief: He likes to eat everything but dog food, but his favorite food is grilled cheese sandwiches."
  • Agent R - Could be found in level 5-9, Crack the Safe. "Agent Brief: Obsessively clean, always washes food before eating. Cute little hands. Often mistaken for villain due to classic "bad guy" mask."

  • Agent D - Could be found in level 6-2, Off the Backboard. "Agent Brief: Semi-aquatic nature gives him the flexibility to take on many different missions. Learning to play darts. Expert at hand-to-hand combat using improvised weaponry."
  • Agent F - Could be found in level 6-5, Cracked Ice. "Agent Brief: Sly and wily and capable of sneaking his way out of any trap. Expert inventor and engineer who can create dangerous gadgets out of ordinary household objects. Plays video games."
  • Agent Silent G - Could be found in level 6-10, Force Field. "Agent Brief: Tends to keep to himself. Known for his full luxurious beard. Looking for a new secret identity since his was revealed by Dr. Doofenshmirtz."

  • Agent P - Could be found in level 7-2, Curse of the Ice Beard. "Agent Brief: Keen sense of smell. Excellent tracker. Understandably nervous at the mention of certain food products. Loves attending the agency Christmas party and other events where refreshments are served."
  • Agent W - Could be found in level 7-7, Ice Drop. "Agent Brief: Do not partner with Agent C. His devil-may-care attitude annoys her no-nonsense thinking."
  • Agent P - Could be found in level 7-10, Up To Ice. "Agent Brief: Has spiny quills that provide excellent defense. Does not like being confused with Agent H."

  • Agent B - Could be found in level 8-3, Bomb Blast. "Agent Brief: Brains and brawn in a single wrinkly package. Rumors that bark is worse than bite believed to be exaggerated."
  • Agent R - Could be found in level 8-4, Bombsplosion. "Agent Brief: Rogue spirit. Expert hacking abilities. Master of disguises."
  • Agent L - Could be found in level 8-9, Wallbuster. "Agent Brief: Clever and stealthy. Regenerative limbs make him well-suited for danger. Requires ample sunlight or gets sluggish. Enjoys sampling exotic cuisine."

  • Agent B - Could be found in level 9-3, Sludge Rush. "Agent Brief: Long-standing feud with Agent Pig. No one remembers why exactly."
  • Planty the Potted Plant - Could be found in level 9-5, Get Me Out of Here!. "Agent Brief: Potted plant. Surprisingly capable agent when it comes to battling Doof."
  • Agent W - Could be found in level 9-8, Oh Grate, More Sludge!. "Agent Brief: Not afraid to take a big bite out of a mission (or Doof). Enjoys a steam after a long day of secret agent-ing. Still looking for a fedora large enough for his head."

  • Chicken-inator - Could be found in level 1-15, Pool Party. "Original Purpose - To publicly embarrass Doof's brother at an award ceremony by turning anything it hits into a chicken."
  • Comb-inator - Could be found in level 1-17, Rainy Day. "Original Purpose - To combine Doof's two favorite things: garlic ice cream and his pet cockroach, Horfrost. Also used to combine Doof's island timeshare with the capital of the Tri-State Area."

  • Deface-inator - Could be found in level 2-12, Self-Destruct Mechanism. "Original Purpose - To deface a statue of Doof's brother so he would be humiliated during an unveiling ceremony."
  • Destruct-inator - Could be found in level 2-15, Tri-Gnome-ial Cubed. "Original Purpose - To destroy anything it hits."
  • Disintegrat-inator - Could be found in level 2-18, Open Sesame. "Original Purpose - To disintegrate anything it hits."

  • Forgetabout-inator - Could be found in level 3-18, Over The Wall. "Original Purpose - To make people forget what they are thinking at the moment they are hit. Doof planned to use it on his daughter because he thought she misheard him saying he would prefer having a son."

  • Goaway-inator - Could be found in level 4-16, Freedom Reigns. "Original Purpose - To instantly transform any building into an undesirable location so Doof could continue watching free movies at a nearby drive-in theatre."
  • Juice-inator - Could be found in level 4-19, Party Time!. "Original Purpose - To turn City Hall into juice so Doof could take over the Tri-State Area."

  • Mustach-inator - Could be found in level 5-16, Up and Over. "Original Purpose - Gives anyone it hits a big, bushy, ridiculous-looking mustache, because there is nothing sillier than a big, bushy mustache."

  • Agent O - Could be found in level 1-8, Steam Drop. "Gets a hold of a mission and refuses to let go. A master at blending into his surroundings. Can get "handsy" at company events."
  • Agent T - Could be found in level 1-10, Grilled to Perfection. "Good for land and sea work. Remote Easter Island home makes him a poor candidate for last-second missions (and after mission get-togethers)."

Trivia

  • When collected or hidden, secret files are just a folder.
  • There are a total of 72 secret files from both Perry's Story and Calling All Agents.
  • The player can access a secret level via the Perry Secret Files screen, Rollercoaster The Level. To access Rollercoaster The Level, the player must scroll all the way up in the Agents tab and tap the rollercoaster.
